Services Offered by Frog Town Exercise Salon:

• Equipment is clean and in good operating condition.
• Flexible hours -Frogtown is open from 5:30 AM to 9 PM daily.

• Upon request an attendant is available to assist in orientating members for proper use of the equipment.

• A clean, sanitized shower is available to its members.
• A radio equipped with dual cassette and CD player is available - members may bring their own music.
• Lockers available for $2 rental per month - members bring their own padlock.

Rules of Frog Town Exercise Salon:

• No smoking, food or drinks allowed in the exercise area.
• For safety reasons, no individual under the age of twelve (12) will be allowed in the exercise area unless supervised by a parent.
• Children ages twelve (12) to fourteen (14) must have written or verbal permission to use equipment in Frog Town Exercise Salon, and parents are asked to sign a release of liability if the child is not chaperoned by a parent or guardian.
• A member needs to sign in their name, date, entry and exit times in the registration log upon arrival and departure of workout.
• All members will sign a Liability Waiver form when purchasing a Frogtown membership.
• Horseplay or abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.
